What PintPoint does

PintPoint helps users discover and navigate towards venue deals. Deal details may be supplied by venues or other authorised sources and can change or expire.

Eligibility and responsible use

You must comply with local laws and venue rules, including legal drinking-age requirements. PintPoint does not sell or supply alcohol. Drink responsibly. Do not use the app while driving or where viewing a phone would be unsafe.

Deal information

We aim to display accurate information, but availability, price, eligibility, capacity and venue conditions can change. Confirm important details with the venue and report information that appears inaccurate or inappropriate.

Acceptable use

You must not interfere with PintPoint’s operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or abusive report content, impersonate another person, or use automated methods to extract or overload the service.

Availability

Features may be maintained, changed or discontinued. PintPoint does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how PintPoint handles information.

Ending use

You may stop using and delete PintPoint at any time. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, venues or legal compliance.
