Location is not working
Open iPhone Settings, find PintPoint and allow location access while using the app. Also confirm Location Services are enabled.
A deal is wrong or inappropriate
Open the deal, choose Report This Deal, select a reason and optionally add details. Reports are anonymous and privately reviewed.
Report keyboard is covering the screen
Tap Done above the keyboard or swipe down. You can then submit or cancel the report.
Audio or haptics are not working
Check your device volume, Silent Mode and haptic settings. PintPoint may use sound and haptics as you approach or align with a venue.
Anonymous analytics
You can change your choice at any time under Menu → Privacy → Share Anonymous Analytics.
